How to Take Drug?

Drug Precautions
If you are allergic to sumatriptan, then this drug is not advisable for consumption. Also consult your personal health care practitioner before consumption of this drug if you have a habit of smoking, having diabetes, or having high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Please make a note that Imitrex is not recommended for persons below 18 years and above 65 years of age.

Immediate medical attention needs to be taken in case of an overdose. Symptoms of overdose are: shaking or tremors; shortness of breath; skin redness; fingernails or lips becoming blue; water mouth or eyes; weakness; lack in coordination; or seizure.
Storage
Keeping out of children`s reach is very vital. It should be stored in normal temperature, free from heat and moisture. Suggested temperature of storing is 36 degree to 86 degree F (2 degree to 30 degree C).
